A “good platform” is subjective. Yes, it functions as advertised, and is constantly evolving and have some unique features other sites do not (multi-casting, recordings from FB, GetVokl and YouTube (respectively 360p, 480p, 720p) along with a separate audio feed .mp3 download at 160kHz
I use it for networking primarily, but as a free platform it offers some cool stuff.

The only issue I see with the audio recording at this time is their use of the “voice focus” on the seats. While it helps avoid stomping over others during discussions, it can also create some hurdles when it comes to many speaking at once. I would like them to go to a full duplex model similar to what Blab did about mid-stream.

What we found frustrating with GetVokl was that it would disable all crossposting and people we tagged in the description of LIVE schedule via BeLive.tv so … that put us off instantly. …. so we left mid-way testing the features.

That’s NOT GetVokl disabling the cross-posting, that’s FB.
“Comments and reactions from your Page’s live video won’t appear in the other Page’s crossposted broadcast, and viewers can’t see where the original live video is coming from. … Only live videos created via the Live API are eligible for live crossposting, and live video from a mobile device can’t be crossposted.”
So talk to Facebook! 🙂

Also, GV doesn’t access your post descriptions in any way. The only description that is editable thru the software is the one on the video scheduled with GetVokl. Anyone’s tags that were removed we done so thru FB.
