We are going to use three programs to improve the sound qualties on your video

Audacity http://sourceforge.net/projects/audacity/

Windows MovieMaker http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-live/movie-maker

Please download these free programs and then take the steps outlined below.

Background

When you create videos using your mobile or pc microphone the sound quality will not be perfect.

There will be background noises and sometimes the volume setting will be too low.

We are going to use the three applications listed above to create and attach a new soundtrack to your video.

We want to create a copy of the audio for the movie using Free Video to MP3 Converter

Clean the file using Audacity

To increase the volume

Select Effect (1)

Followed by Amplify

To increase the volume

The amplify menu opens

At this point you can experiment by moving the slider (1) and then Preview (2)

When you are happy with the volume level , press OK (3) and the audio file will be updated.

Close the program . There is no need to save the file , it has already been exported

Select Save Movie (1)

Followed by [for high definition display)

You can of course adopt your own naming conventions , I have simply used these for clarity (and so I can find them later)

The Moviemaker file can then be uploaded wherever you wish with clearer sound , not studio quality but better than before .
